WELCOME TO FITTER BRITTER!

My name is Brittany, nickname Britter, and I am obsessed with living a healthy lifestyle. My journey began when I reached my high  est weight. At 240 lbs I knew I had to do SOMETHING. I tossed multiple different ideas around in my head about how to get started losing weight but never executed any. NOT A SINGLE ONE. My best friend from High School and her husband kept posting about this Rocket Boys Training circuit and the workout appeared to be hard. RBT is a cross-fit style cardio circuit. After a few months of stalking the Rocket Boys Page, photo’s and videos, I decided to give it a try. I struggled through my first workout and hurt so bad all over the following week but felt accomplished. I decided to continue the workout and it has been the best decision I’ve made this year! Since noticing major changes in my body I have become obsessed with becoming the best version of me!

Fitter Britter a semi-normal human attempting to live a healthy lifestyle, lose weight and get fit.  If you want tried and tested fitness info, look no further! I dig through the saturated health and fitness world to find things that actually work.

WHY START A BLOG?

I will be using this blog as an accountability tool for myself as well as a way help other like-minded individuals achieve their goals.
